With the North 2018 - 2023 expected to outperform London and the rest of the country according to Savills 2018 report -secondhand house prices in the North are forecasted to have a higher 5-year compound growth of up to 17.5%, compared to only 7% for London.
All Investors get a group first call on the property title and are first in line for payouts - that is written into the Casnor Investment Schedule and on the property title deeds for investor security.
